We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: email address, name, chosen Zásilkovna pickup point, and payment confirmation from our payment provider. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

Your data is used to process orders, arrange shipping, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipment updates), and handle support requests.

Retention

Order records are kept for the legally required period for tax and accounting purposes. After that period they are deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us from the email address used for your order.
