General
These terms govern purchases made through yerma.life. By placing an order you agree to these conditions. The operator is the owner of the Yerma project.
Orders
All items are one-of-one unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Czech koruna (Kč) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Shipping
Deliveries within the Czech Republic are handled via Zásilkovna pickup points. The customer selects the pickup point during checkout. Shipping cost is calculated before payment.
Withdrawal & Returns
Because each piece is unique and made-to-order or one-of-one, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from the listing. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to resolve any issue.
