One-of-one pieces
Most items on yerma.life are one-of-one. Because of their unique nature, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or is materially different from the listing.
Damaged or incorrect item
Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description and, where possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement if available or a refund.
Process
Do not return items to the pickup point. Wait for our instructions after you report the issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.
